The front office staff — Dinesh Sindhwal, Shivank, and Hiritik — were extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the stay smooth and comfortable. The Housekeeping Team, especially Mohit Kumar, Mandeep, and Abhishak, maintained exceptional cleanliness and ensured that every detail was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The experience was further enhanced by the F&B Team, with special appreciation for Shalindra Gusain, whose service and hospitality added a delightful touch to the overall stay. Thank you to the entire team at Nabha Residences, Claridges, for setting such high standards of hospitality. I truly felt welcomed and well cared for, and I look forward to returning again.

Mr Dinesh at the front desk is an asset to the hotel with his helpfulness and humble attitude. Shivansh from the fnb team and all other staff members are very courteous and made our stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
